The Smik Phoenix Tilt In Space (TIS) wheelchair represents our idea of what we feel is a practical, usable and value for money tilt-in-space wheelchair, designed and built in Australia for the Australian market.
The Phoenix TIS offers an unprecedented amount of tilt range and frame adjustment. The wheelchair is available in seat widths ranging from 31 – 40 cm with a seat depth adjustment in excess of 10cm.
The Phoenix TIS is ideal for the younger generation who require the use of a wheelchair with a wide tilt range, but not the usual bulk and weight associated with current tilt chairs.
With the Phoenix TIS, we are confident we have a chair that will meet the needs of the Australian market. Review our options list which includes front castor and rear wheel size options, standard or braked rear wheels, armrests, skirt guards and seating requirements if required.
The Smik Phoenix TIS is crash tested for its maximum user weight rating of 120 kg.
Smik wheelchairs are designed and custom built in Australia and comply with Australian Standards.
This product has been approved for MASS SOA 99/3/1 production.
