The Cerebral Palsy Alliance Swimming, Triathlon and RaceRunning Camp, facilitated by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Allambie Heights, is a multi-sport weekend camp providing opportunities for participants to learn and build on their skills within either Swimming, Triathlon, or Race Running. The camp will be held on 20th-22nd of September, and will include skills-based activities within one of the three sports, whole camp activities for fun and social inclusion, and also a race day on the Sunday for participants to test their athletic abilities in a constructive and supportive environment.
Participants can choose to attend the entire camp, or can choose to attend only part. The camp is funded predominantly by the CPA, however a small fee is attached to the participants who choose to attend the race day on Sunday. This fee can be covered by NDIS funding.
This camp is appropriate for participants within the ages of 8-38 years of age, those comfortable within a group environment, and those who are able to attend independently or with a carer/parent.
